All Vampires Are Gay is a single-narrator audio drama indie podcast with full soundtracking created by Corwynn Rosewood.

It’s a supernatural action/adventure story with a sassy side dish of rom-com! If you’re looking for an exciting and comforting show about magical & paranormal adventures, you’ve found it.

SYNOPSIS

Victor Nightingale is a few hundred years old and bored of everything. When he meets a beautiful and mysterious young DJ named Robert they have an immediate connection. But their new romance is threatened by the supernatural forces brewing on the horizon, from ancient evil vampires to morally grey witches all kinds of dangers are lurking in the shadows and someone from Victor’s past is the one pulling the strings.

Together with their gang of queer vampires; non-binary spy master Samson, nerdy trans vampire witch Jinn, asexual fortune-telling oracle Persephone and more, they will fight to keep humans safe from the forces of evil in their rainy coastal city.

ABOUT THE SHOW

All Vampires Are Gay is a single-narrator indie fiction podcast with full soundtracking. Designed to be somewhere between a live storytelling performance and an added-value audiobook, the story is read by Corwynn Rosewood, the writer and creator. Ambient soundtracking plays in the background, highlighting the different moods of the story.

Created by Corwynn Rosewood and Parker Frost, All Vampires Are Gay was started as a passion project in 2022. As the audience and excitement about the show grew so did the project and it has now bloomed into an indie production company, Studio Corwynn, with more projects in the works.

Season One completed airing in March of 2023.

In June of 2023 the three hour historical special “The Haunting Of Islington Manor” was released.

Season Two: Part One released in late 2023 with 6 new episodes. The rest of Season Two is currently in production to release in early 2024.

Corwynn says:

“The premise of the show is a send up of the vampire genre, taking the things I loved about it and reimagining them in a modern way. I spent a lot of time asking questions like – ‘what would your life experience be like if you’d lived for that long?’, ‘what would your friendships and relationships look like?’ and especially ‘how could a relationship really work between a relatively young human and an ancient vampire?’. Those kinds of things really interest me and I tried to put that into the show, while still making it funny, heartfelt and exciting.”

“When I set out to write this story I knew I wanted to create something fun, comforting and upbeat. I guess it’s kind of a queer power fantasy, where the characters who would normally be the ‘quirky best friend’ or ‘dark and mysterious snarky love interest’ are instead centered as the main cast. As a queer person I’m used to seeing myself represented in side characters and minor plot points that center around the character’s identity. With this show I wanted to make something like one of my favorite type of tv shows – a campy adventure supernatural fantasy show – but all of the cast are queer and it isn’t a big deal.”

Parker is an Atlanta based multi-disciplinary artist and music producer. They produced, edited and composed all the audio and music for All Vampires Are Gay podcast. They are currently working on Studio Corwynn’s next podcast and an ambient music project.

Parker grew up surrounded by music in public radio, and currently works in audio/video production. They brought those skills and their natural artistic flare to the unique job of podcast production and sound design. They identify as Bisexual and Genderfluid.

The Season One Finale finds Victor coping with the secrets he learned and recovering from his battle wounds.

In this Special Episode we go back in time to Regency Era England, and the glamorous dinner party where Victor and Samson first met, hosted by the mysterious Ingrid.

In the conclusion to our two-part Special set in the Regency Era, we return to the supernatural dinner party just as things are getting dangerous. Samson shares a piece of their past, Ingrid makes a deal and they all take on the monster in the mirrors.

SSN 2: Episode 1 – ”Beltane House”

The Season 2 premiere finds Victor, Robert, Jinn and Samson in London preparing to search for the dagger at Highgate Cemetery. Victor and Jinn struggle with their emotions after the battle at Pendragon as they get settled at their London residence, Beltane House.

 

SSN 2 Episode 2 – ”Late Night Snack”

An unexpected late night visitor causes Victor to finally confront his feelings about Robert’s betrayal.

SSN 2: Episode 3 – ”Afternoon in Camden”

Victor goes shopping with Robert in Camden Market and they try to repair their relationship.

SSN 2: Episode 4 – ”It’s Not A Heist”

Victor and his friends sneak into Highgate Cemetery to search for the Dagger Of Anshe.

SSN 2: Episode 5 – ”The Dagger”

Mayhem and danger abound as Victor and his friends take on enemies and magic at Highgate Cemetery.

SSN 2: Episode 6 – ”Metamorphosis”

Robert, Jinn and Samson confront Mrs. Whittaker and try to help Victor.
